We're recruiting for a proactive Internal Sales & Customer Service Co-ordinator to join a growing business in Coventry. This role combines inbound/outbound sales, account management, and customer service, supporting both customers and the external sales team.
Key Duties:
- Handle inbound enquiries and generate new business
- Proactively contact customers and follow up quotations
- Upsell/cross-sell to maximise revenue
- Process orders and maintain CRM records
- Build strong customer relationships and resolve queries
- Support external sales team and meet sales targets
About You:
- Experience in internal sales, customer service, or telesales
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Proactive, target-driven, and customer-focused
- Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
