A part time vacancy has arisen (Fixed Term for 1 Year) to provide a comprehensive and confidential secretarial service to the BaNES CAMHS Liaison Team. This a new post and an excellent opportunity to set up processes with this expanding team to capture necessary data.
Based in Keynsham, you would be part of a thriving multidisciplinary team who work closely together and support each other.
You will support the the hospital Liaison Team with administration processes for patients and their parents/carers.
Administrator main duties:
Opening referrals for the BaNES CAMHS Liaison team and allocating to the assessing Health Care Professional (HCP)
Entering diary appointments onto the system for assessing HCP with correct time and duration
Recording CAMHS Liaison referrals and assessments onto the BSW Waiting List Excel spreadsheet, including updating with required data
Formatting assessment letters and distributing to relevant people and uploading to the system
> Performing other general administrative responsibilities including scanning, taking notes, uploading documents and booking follow up appointments
