SG Personnel are working with a manufacturing company in Stanley who are looking to recruit an Accounts Administrator to work in their office department. This will be a permanent contract.
Duties will include:
Basic accounts and filing
Matching payments
Processing payments
Processing daily sales invoices
Entering all stock purchase invoices onto a computer system
Sales order processing
Purchase order processing
Answering the telephone
Candidates must have some administration experience, ideally within a manufacturing environment, and some accounts experience would be preferred.
Working hours are Monday - Thursday 8.30 - 4.30 and Friday 8.30 - 12.30
