This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Business or Trade to continue their career within a fast-paced international logistics environment.
This role offers hands-on experience in global shipping operations, where accuracy, collaboration and organisation are key. You’ll gain valuable exposure to export processes and international trade documentation while working alongside experienced professionals.
The Opportunity
As an Export Administrator, you will play an important role in supporting the movement of goods across international markets. This is a great entry-level opportunity where you will learn and develop skills in:
Preparing and checking export and shipping documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
Coordinating with shipping lines, logistics providers and internal teams to support timely shipments
Managing shipment records and maintaining organised documentation systems
Assisting with Letters of Credit and learning how documentation aligns with banking and trade requirements
Supporting the release of Bills of Lading and the dispatch of documents to international destinations You’ll be supported as you build your knowledge of international logistics and develop a strong foundation in export operations.
About You
We are looking for a motivated graduate - ideally with 0-2 years working experience who is keen to develop a career in international logistics. You may bring:
A degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Business, Trade or a related field
A strong interest in shipping and logistics operations
Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks
Good communication skills and confidence working with different teams
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Previous experience in a placement, internship or part-time role within logistics or administration would be beneficial but not essential.
