Customer Service Representative
Colchester (Fully Office-Based)
Permanent | 40 hours (7:30am – 4:30pm)
£27,000 – £34,000 (Depending on experience)
WE Talent are supporting a growing, global business in Colchester who are looking to bring in a Customer Service Representative to join their collaborative team.
You’ll be part of a wider team across the UK and US, supporting large retail customers and playing a key role in managing orders, logistics, and customer relationships from start to finish.
The role:
This is a busy, varied position where you’ll be managing customer orders, and ensuring a smooth delivery process. Much of the communication is via email, so strong written communication and attention to detail are key.
Key responsibilities include:

Processing customer orders and quotes (SAP)

Managing order confirmations and delivery timelines

Coordinating shipments and working with third party logistics providers

Monitoring stock levels and customer forecasts

Handling customer queries and resolving issues

Managing returns, samples, and proof of delivery documentation

Maintaining accurate records and supporting reporting (Excel/SAP)
What we’re looking for:

2+ years’ customer service experience (ideally B2B, product-based)

Strong order processing and account management experience

Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple priorities

Confident communicator, particularly over email

Positive, proactive and adaptable approach

SAP experience (desirable)
-
Understanding of logistics/supply chain (advantageous)
