What You'll Be Doing
Getting the Job Done: Handling manual tasks like digging, lifting, and loading/unloading vehicles.
Plant & Tools: Using and looking after small tools and heavy plant equipment, making sure everything is stored safely and reported if faulty.
Safety First: Following site instructions to the letter and using your PPE properly. We want you to speak up if you see a way to make the site safer.
Teamwork: Working closely with the Site Supervisor and Foreman, and helping out less experienced workers when they need a hand.
Professionalism: Turning up on time, properly equipped, and ready to work to the high standards you've gained through your experience.
What You'll Need
To hit the ground running, you must have experience and valid tickets for the following:
CPCS: 360 Excavator, Dumper, and Roller.
Safety: PTS (Personal Track Safety) and Confined Space training.
Tools: Solid experience with various small tools.
It's a bonus if you have:
First Aid training.
COSS (Controller of Site Safety).
