Location: Restore Technology (Ultratec) Stevenage, SG1 4SZ
Working Hours and Days: Monday to Friday - 9:00am - 5:30pm (40 hours per week)
Contract Type: Permanent, Full time

The role
As a QA and Goods-in Operative, you will play a vital role within our warehouse operation, splitting your time between the Quality Assurance and Goods-in departments. You will be responsible for booking in incoming products, accurately recording and processing IT equipment, and cleaning and quality screening fully tested items ready for dispatch. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will directly support service delivery, compliance and customer satisfaction.
Duties & responsibilities
Work within a busy production environment in the warehouse facility
Accurately record IT assets including serial numbers, make and model
Test and process IT equipment in line with established procedures
Process hardware in accordance with customer specifications and company standards
Book in products using internal systems and prepare items for dispatch
Maintain stock accuracy and ensure items are stored securely
Support general warehouse housekeeping and safe working practices
Provide absence cover across warehouse functions when requiredAbout you
Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment is advantageous
Strong numeracy and IT skills with the ability to use systems accurately
Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
Able to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly
Reliable, flexible and committed to good timekeeping and attendance
