Are you an experienced Multiskilled Operative looking for a fast-paced, hands-on role where no two days are the same?
We’re looking for a proven trades professional to join a busy reactive repairs team working across occupied social housing.
The Role
You’ll be delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance within occupied properties, working to tight turnaround times in a demanding but rewarding environment.

Reactive repairs (standard 30-day turnaround)

Emergency callouts within 24 hours

Voids work – bringing properties back to lettable standard

Working across a large housing stock (8,000+ properties)
What You’ll Need

Minimum 3 years’ trade experience (essential)

Strong multiskilled background including:
Carpentry, Plumbing, Tiling, Plastering, Bricklaying, Fencing, Flooring or Groundworks

Experience working in occupied social housing

Ability to work under pressure and manage a high workload

Full UK driving licence (essential)
