Administrator (Data Entry) – Hybrid
Location: Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days home)

Salary: £14 per hour
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Type: Full-Time- Temporary- (8 week temporary)
The Role
We are recruiting for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrator to join one of the UK’s largest Facilities Management companies. This is a hybrid role combining office-based and remote working, focused on data entry and administrative support within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Accurate data entry and system updates

Maintaining internal databases and records

Processing job sheets, reports, and documentation

Supporting the wider team with general administrative tasks

Ensuring all information is recorded accurately and in a timely manner
Requirements

Previous administration or data entry experience

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Good IT skills (Excel, internal systems)

Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines

Strong communication and organisational skills
