Customer Resolution Agent – Nottingham
Location: Nottingham (NG11).
Salary: £14.55 per hour.
Full Time – Monday to Friday – 37 hours.
Contract: Up to 12th June 2026 – possibly beyond.
Purpose
To investigate and resolve customer complaints efficiently, delivering a high-quality experience while ensuring commitments are met and risks of further dissatisfaction are minimised.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and resolve complaints, aiming for first point of contact resolution
Analyse complex information to identify root causes and make evidence-based decisions
Follow procedures to investigate, respond, and deliver on customer commitments
Work with internal and external stakeholders to support timely resolutions
Prioritise workload effectively to meet deadlines and service standards
Maintain accurate records and process compensation in line with guidelines
Identify trends and lessons to prevent repeat issues
Skills & Experience
Experience in customer service and complaint handling (preferably in a regulated environment)
Strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
