Support Administrator
My client is a well-established service provider dedicated to delivering outstanding service and ongoing support to its customers. Based in Camberly, Surrey, the business is growing and is now looking to appoint a proactive, highly organised Support Administrator to join their busy and supportive office team.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and administer annual service contracts

Schedule reactive maintenance call-outs and remedial works

Manage diaries and appointments for engineers and surveyors

Handle incoming and outgoing telephone and email communications

Maintain and update internal databases and records accurately

Prepare reports, presentations, and general documentation as required

Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to the wider team

Support with data entry and document control tasks
Skills & Experience Required
-
Minimum of 1 years’ experience in an administrative or customer service role
-
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload
-
Confident user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Excellent communication skills and professional telephone manner

Comfortable working with scheduling systems and digital databases
-
GCSEs or equivalent qualifications preferred
