Warehouse Operative – Join Our Team!
Location: Doncaster DN1
⏰ Shift: 4 days out of 7, 07:00–19:00
Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour
Contract Type: Temp to Perm
Ideal Recruit is currently seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operaive to join our team. This role involves supporting the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring goods are handled efficiently and processes run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Receiving, unloading, and checking incoming deliveries
Picking, packing, and preparing orders accurately
Maintaining stock levels and carrying out regular checks
Ensuring the warehouse is kept clean, safe, and well organised
Operating warehouse equipment safely (where applicable)
Adhering to all health & safety procedures and company policies
Requirements:
Previous warehouse experience is desirable
Ability to carry out physical tasks, including heavy lifting
Good organisational and communication skills
Basic computer skills for inventory management
Forklift or other machinery certification (where applicable)
