As a Rent Setting & Service Charge Admin, you will be:
• Managing a high volume of rent and service charge queries via email and phone
• Coordinating responses to tenant queries and complaints with internal teams
• Using Excel and Power BI to calculate accurate service charges
• Supporting with mail merges and tenant communications
• Providing guidance and support to managers and colleagues

• Experience working with rents and service charges within social housing
• Strong Excel skills, including functions such as XLOOKUP
• Experience handling customer queries both in writing and over the phone
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a high-volume workload
• Confidence using a range of IT systems, including Microsoft Office
