Then this is the role for you! We are currently recruiting for an established Manufacturing business who is looking to bring a Customer Service Advisor into their team. This role is permanent from day one and gives the opportunity for full training & development.
So what would you be doing?
- Taking inbound calls from clients
- Processing customer orders
- Giving updates on orders
- Updating CRM system
- Processing customer invoices
- Responding to emails
- General administrative tasks
But what experience do you need?
- Prior Customer Service experience
- Great problem solving skills
- Highly adaptable
