About the Role
We are currently recruiting 7 Community Care Assistants to support clients in their own homes across the Abergele rural area.
This is a rewarding opportunity where you will provide person-centred care, helping individuals maintain their independence, dignity, and overall quality of life.
No prior experience is required — full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities

Providing personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)

Supporting with medication (as per care plans)

Assisting with meal preparation and nutrition

Supporting daily routines (morning & evening care)

Light domestic duties (cleaning, laundry)

Providing companionship and emotional support

Supporting clients within the community

Maintaining clear communication with the care team
Requirements
-
Enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain)

Strong communication skills
-
Compassionate and reliable nature
-
Ability to work independently

Driver preferred due to rural locations
