HR Administrator & Payroll (With focus on Payroll)
Location: Brackley NN13
Working Hours: Monday, Tuesday & Thursday (Apply online only)hrs (15 hours per week)
Pay Rate: £14.85 per hour
Department: Agriculture HR
Role: Part-Time, temporary role with an opportunity to gain permanent employment from December 2026
The Opportunity

As a HR Administrator you will:

Administer weekly and monthly payrolls accurately and within deadlines

Acting as a first point of contact for pay queries, resolving or escalating as needed

Supporting managers with pay records and additional payments in MHR

Managing the Agriculture HR shared inbox and escalating queries where required
-
Coordinating new starter onboarding, including right-to-work checks and documentation

Processing absence records and updating payroll and HR systems accordingly

Liaising with HR Shared Services on employee changes and updates

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and digital files

Updating case management trackers and producing monthly reports

Ability to handle confidential information appropriately

Experience working in a busy / similar role
Desirable:
- Previous HR, Payroll, Finance or book keeping experience
