Working hours Monday to Friday 8:15am-2:00pm
Temporary contract starting 20th April to 29th June
Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast items to a high standard
Support the preparation and delivery of the lunch menu
Manage kitchen stock and inventory efficiently
Assist Baristas with front-of-house duties when required
Contribute ideas for new recipes and help improve kitchen operations
Ensure strict adherence to allergen protocols and food safety standards
Promptly report any food safety concerns to management
