Full-time (37.5 hours per week, 5 days over Monday–Saturday, 09:00–17:00)

The Role
You’ll be at the heart of the showroom, providing expert advice and delivering a first-class customer experience. From helping customers choose the right products to ensuring smooth order processing, you’ll play a key role in driving sales and maintaining high standards.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
Confidently assist customers with enquiries, orders, and product advice
Build strong product knowledge to recommend suitable solutions and alternatives
Maximise sales opportunities through upselling and product matching
Process orders accurately and efficiently
Resolve customer queries to a high standard
Maintain showroom presentation, ensuring displays are clean, priced, and well organised
Support stock handling, deliveries, and general warehouse duties
Assist customers with loading products when required
Contribute to stock takes and general store operations What We’re Looking For

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and good organisational skills
Willingness to learn and develop product expertise
