Job Title: Production / Warehouse Operative (CNC & Assembly)
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 4:30pm (30-minute lunch break)
Role Overview
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Production / Warehouse Operative to join our team. This is a hands-on role involving CNC machine setup, assembly work, and general warehouse duties. The position begins as a 6-month temporary contract, with the opportunity to become permanent based on performance.
Key Responsibilities

Setting up and operating CNC machines

Gluing and assembling felt boards to required specifications

Monitoring and minding machines during operation

Packing finished products safely and efficiently

Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse environment

Assisting with general warehouse duties as required
Requirements

Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is desirable

Experience with CNC machines is an advantage but not essential (training can be provided)

Good attention to detail and quality standards

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong work ethic and reliability

Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling tasks
