Our client, a renowned training provider in the education sector, is seeking a dedicated Health and Social Care Apprenticeship Trainer to join their team on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be working with learners at their place of work, often within some of the UK's most recognised names in the industry. Your primary focus will be coaching learners on the knowledge, skills, and behaviours they require to achieve their apprenticeship standard. Key responsibilities include:
Providing high-quality coaching and training to learners
Ensuring learners achieve their apprenticeship standards in Health and Social Care
Tailoring learning plans to meet individual learner needs
Conducting regular progress reviews and providing feedback
Maintaining up-to-date records of learner progression
Collaborating with employers to ensure learning support aligns with business needs
Job Requirements:
Level 3 Health and Social Care Qualification or higher
Extensive and current vocational experience in a Health and Social Care Setting
Experience in a senior care role
Expertise in Dementia, Learning Disabilities, and Adult Health and Social Care Settings
Ability to work in high-demand environments, to targets and tight deadlines
Strong communication and self-motivation skills
Ability to work autonomously
Desirable Qualifications:
Minimum Level 3 Teaching qualification
Experience within a work-based learning or education environment
