Forklift Operative – Night Shift
Location: Plymouth
Pay Rate:
£14.48 per hour (Tuesday to Friday)
£15.18 per hour (Saturday)
Hours: Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00pm – 6:00am
Shift Type: Night shift
Job Type: Ongoing, Temp to Perm for the right candidate
Start: Immediate start available
We are currently recruiting an experienced Forklift Operative for an ongoing night shift role with the opportunity to become permanent for the right person.
The role involves operating a Counterbalance forklift alongside general warehouse duties, so candidates must be happy working both on and off the truck.
The Role:
Operating a Counterbalance forklift
Loading and unloading vehicles
Moving stock within the warehouse
General warehouse duties, including manual handling
Adhering to all health and safety procedures
Requirements:
Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (in date)
Previous forklift and warehouse experience preferred
Comfortable working night shifts
Reliable, punctual, and hard‑working
