The Investment Administrator / Analyst will support investment operations function, focusing on Bonds, ISAs, PEPs, and wider investment products. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in investment administration, asset servicing, and regulatory processes within a financial services environment. The successful candidate will act as a point of contact within the team, ensuring accurate processing, reporting, and oversight of investment products.

Key Responsibilities as Investment Administrator:

Administration and oversight of bond transactions, valuations, settlements, and reconciliations

Managing and maintaining ISA and PEP product records, transfers, subscriptions, and compliance checks

Producing investment reports, MI, and analytical summaries

Supporting audits, regulatory reporting, and operational risk controls

Liaising with custodians, fund managers, and internal teams

Acting as a senior escalation point for complex investment queries
Essential Experience (2 - 5 years):

As Invenstment Administrator we would like a strong background in investment administration, investment operations, or asset servicing

Hands‑on experience with bonds, fixed income, gilts, or similar instruments

Knowledge of ISA and PEP rules, processes, and regulatory requirements

Experience within a financial services firm, asset manager, platform provider, or investment operations environment

Strong Excel and data handling skills

Ability to work in a regulated environment with high accuracy
