Monday to Friday – 39 hours per week

Due to continued high demand, we’re on the lookout for motivated and reliable Production Operatives to join a thriving manufacturing business in East Kent. This is an ongoing temporary position offering consistency, variety, and the chance to build valuable skills in a supportive environment.
You’ll be part of a team producing life-saving devices, making this role both rewarding and meaningful.
What you’ll be doing:
Working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Assisting in the production of life-saving products
Safely operating machinery and equipment (training provided)
Maintaining high attention to detail throughout the production process
Ensuring all products meet quality standards
Supporting across different production areas including cutting, bending and assembling
What we’re looking for:
A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
Reliability and punctuality
Ability to use initiative and think on your feet
Good awareness of health and safety practices
Previous manufacturing experience is helpful, but not essential
