My Telford based is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator.
The Customer Service Administrator will be working in a small team taking orders over the phone and via email, reporting to the Office Manager.
The ideal candidate will have excellent telephony Customer Service skills and administration experience.
Salary – depends on experience up to £28,000
Hours of work Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
20 days annual leave + bank holidays

Responsibilities:-

Dealing with queries and complaints from consumers via telephone and email.

Processing sales orders and cross selling orders

Sales and purchase order processing

Resolving queries
-
Any other tasks delegated by the Office Manager

Covering the shop occasionally when required
Skills and Experience:-
-
Previous experience as an office administrator, account manager, customer services office assistant or similar role

Good customer service skills
-
Able to work on own initiative without instruction
-
Knowledge of MS Office
-
Confident and outgoing.

Excellent organisational skills
-
Good telephone manner.

Reliable and committed
