Assured Group is seeking an Administrator to join our team based in Warwick. This role will support multiple divisions and subsidiaries across the Group, providing administrative support to operational and central teams within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

The Role
You will provide day-to-day administrative support across the Assured Group and its subsidiaries, assisting operational teams and helping ensure processes run efficiently. The role offers variety and the opportunity to work across different areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting operational teams and central functions across the Group and its subsidiaries
Handling incoming calls and emails from customers and internal teams
Assisting field-based teams with coordination and documentation
Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
Supporting invoicing and general administrative processes
Using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) to manage data and communications
Assisting with general office administration as required
About You
Previous administration experience within an office environment
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
Comfortable working in a small team supporting multiple areas of the business
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
A proactive and flexible approach
Experience supporting operational or multi-site teams would be advantageous but not essential
Working Pattern
This is a full-time office-based role.
Standard hours: 40 hours per week, either across 5 days (Mon–Fri) or compressed into 4 days (36 hours per week)
Flexibility around working hours may be considered for the right candidate, depending on business requirements.
