JOB OPPORTUNITY: Welfare Labourer - Tunbridge Wells
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Welfare Labourer for an upcoming start on an ongoing construction project in Tunbridge Wells. This is a long-term opportunity for the right candidate.
Start Date: Monday 20th April 2026
Working Hours: * 4 Days per Week: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.
Paid Hours: 9 hours per day.

Key Responsibilities:
This role is a dual-responsibility position combining general site labouring with essential welfare maintenance:
Welfare Duties: Thorough cleaning of site cabins, canteens, drying rooms, and toilet facilities to maintain high hygiene standards.
Cleaning Duties: Ensuring all communal areas and office spaces are tidy, stocked, and sanitized.
General Labouring: Assisting the site team with moving materials, site clearance, and ensuring the site remains safe and organized.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have:
CSCS Card (Valid and in-date).
Full PPE (Hard hat, high-vis, steel toe boots).
Right to Work in the UK.
References: Must be able to provide two checkable "finishing" references from previous site work.
