We are currently recruiting experienced Healthcare Assistants to work across a range of residential care homes and dementia services in Lancaster.
This is a rewarding opportunity to support elderly residents, including those living with dementia, while delivering high-quality, person-centred care within a supportive team environment.
Shift Patterns Available
Key Responsibilities

Deliver personal care including washing, dressing, and continence support

Support residents with dementia and age-related conditions

Assist with mobility, meals, and daily living tasks

Monitor and report changes in health and wellbeing

Maintain accurate care documentation

Promote independence, dignity, and person-centred care
-
Follow safeguarding and health & safety procedures
Requirements
-
Experience in residential care, dementia care, or similar settings
-
Caring, compassionate, and reliable approach
-
Strong communication and teamwork skills
-
Understanding of safeguarding and person-centred care
-
Up-to-date training and DBS (preferred)
