Role Overview
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organised Hotel Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our newly relaunched hotel. You will play a key role in delivering outstanding guest service, supporting daily front desk operations, and upholding the standards expected of an IHG-branded property.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional guest service from check-in to check-out

Handle guest enquiries in person, by phone, and via email with professionalism

Process reservations, payments, and room allocations accurately

Provide information about hotel facilities, local attractions, and services

Assist with guest complaints or issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution

Maintain the reception area to a high standard of cleanliness and presentation

Support the Front Of House team during busy periods and contribute to a positive working environment

Ensure all guest information is handled confidentially and in line with GDPR
Key Requirements

Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a customer-facing role (hospitality experience preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Confident using computers and reservation systems (training provided if needed)

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
