Location: Central Region
Contract: Permanent (following 6‑month probation)
Salary: £15.00 – £18.00 per hour (DOE)
Hours: Standard hours with paid overtime & on‑call rota

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Multi‑Skilled Carpenter / Multi‑Trade Operative to deliver general maintenance and internal refurbishment works across healthcare, education, commercial, retail, and public-sector environments.
Key Duties:
- Carpentry, plaster patching, and general building maintenance
- Reactive and planned maintenance using PDA / tablet systems
- Diagnosing building faults and carrying out effective repairs
- Maintaining high standards of Health & Safety
- Providing excellent customer service
- Working independently and as part of a mobile maintenance team
Requirements:
- Recognised trade qualification (minimum NVQ Level 2)
- Valid CSCS card
- Full UK driving licence (max 3 points)
- IT‑literate (PDA / tablet use essential)
- Strong Health & Safety awareness
- DBS check required (Enhanced on commencement)
Desirable (training provided if needed):
- Asbestos Awareness
- First Aid
- IPAF / PASMA
- Working at Height & Manual Handling
