We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly respected manufacturing company based in Snetterton, Norfolk. Due to ongoing growth and continued success, they are looking to appoint a Late Shift Warehouse Supervisor to join their team.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 1:30pm – 10:00pm
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the smooth transition between the morning and late shifts, ensuring clear communication and continuity of operations
Supervise the picking and packing of furniture and furnishings, ensuring all items are prepared accurately for dispatch
Maintain a high standard of accuracy, ensuring orders are picked correctly with no errors
Check that all products are in good condition and appropriately packaged to prevent damage during transit
Lead by example in maintaining health and safety standards at all times
Take ownership of team performance, promoting positive productivity
Delegate tasks effectively to ensure workflow efficiency across the team
Ensure all aisles and picking areas are clean, organised, and safe at the end of each shift
Oversee the safe loading and secure packing of furniture into 3.5-tonne delivery box vans
Ensure delivery vehicles are kept clean, tidy, and ready for the next dispatch
