Salary: £28,000 pro rata

The Executive Team Assistant provides high-quality administrative and organisational support to the Executive Team, working closely with the Executive Assistant to ensure the smooth running of executive schedules, meetings, and events. This role plays an important part in supporting the Executive Team through proactive diary management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, and general administrative support.
Your Tasks
Assist with diary management for members of the Executive Team, ensuring efficient scheduling, prioritisation and conflict resolution.
Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings.
Book and prepare meeting rooms, MS Teams calls and required materials.
Support the preparation of documents such as PowerPoint presentations and distribution of meeting agendas and details, where required.
Process expenses and raise Purchase Orders.
Provide holiday cover for the Executive Assistant.
Arrange and coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels and possible itineraries, managing travel changes and troubleshoot issues when required.
Provide general administrative support as required.
Your Profile
Experience supporting senior leadership or executive team- Desirable
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience using Outlook diary management and meeting scheduling.
Familiarity with video conferencing tools (e.g. MS Teams).
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple diaries and competing priorities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
