Customer Support Advisor - £24,784.50 - Central Bournemouth (Temp - Perm)
Our client based in central Bournemouth are looking for a customer support advisor to join their friendly team.
The client works with multiple vet practices across the country and as a customer support advisor you will be providing outstanding service to their customers. You will be speaking on the telephone and responding to emails regarding queries on their Pet Health Club plan.
Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls, answer customer queries, and make plan modifications while.

Respond to inbound emails via Freshdesk with efficiency and professionalism.

Protect customer data by ensuring that data protection and compliance guidelines are adhered to.

Perform administrative tasks to support the wider Pet Health Club team, such as upgrades, downgrade and cancellation requests.

Assist veterinary practices with queries related to their customers’ plans.
Qualifications and skills

Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Excel

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to work with multiple systems simultaneously

A collaborative team player willing to take on additional responsibilities when needed.

Experience in a customer service role within an office environment

Background in working with data and administrative tasks and an awareness of Data Protection policies and procedures
