Fleet Support Administrator

💰 £12.71 per hour
🕒 Full-Time | Monday to Friday (08:00–16:30 or 08:30–17:00)
The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a Fleet Support Administrator to join a busy and well-established logistics operation based in Doncaster. This role is essential in supporting the efficient coordination and administration of a commercial vehicle fleet, ensuring all records and compliance requirements are accurately maintained.
Working as part of a wider team, you will provide day-to-day administrative support and help ensure fleet-related processes run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update internal fleet management systems

Generate and circulate vehicle reports and data as required

Keep accurate and organised records for each vehicle, including historical documentation

Carry out general administrative duties such as filing and document control

Respond to incoming calls and queries in a professional manner

Provide additional administrative support to the fleet team when required
About You

GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths
-
Competent in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook

Previous administrative experience within a fast-paced office environment

Experience within transport, fleet, or logistics is desirable but not essential

Understanding of vehicle compliance or transport regulations would be beneficial

Strong communication and organisational skills

Able to prioritise workload and meet deadlines

A team player with a proactive and flexible approach
