We are currently recruiting School Catering Assistants to work on a temporary agency basis within a school in Ashford. This role is term time only, making it ideal for those seeking work that fits around school hours.
Role Responsibilities:
Assisting with food preparation and service
Serving meals to pupils and staff
Ensuring the kitchen and dining areas are kept clean and tidy
Washing up and general kitchen duties
Adhering to food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
Requirements:
Valid DBS certificate (Essential)
Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 1 or above)
Previous catering or kitchen experience preferred
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
Friendly and professional manner when working in a school environment
