HR Administrator – Immediate Start
Are you an organised, people‑focused administrator looking to develop your HR career? This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy, friendly and rewarding HR department where you’ll play a key role in keeping everything running smoothly.
We’re looking for a HR Administrator who can hit the ground running and provide end‑to‑end HR administrative support across the full employee lifecycle.
What you’ll be doing:

Managing all HR administration from recruitment through to off‑boarding

Preparing offer letters, contracts, and all associated onboarding documentation

Supporting the recruitment process, including advertising roles and coordinating interviews

Processing all employee changes and maintaining accurate HR records

Collating and inputting payroll data to tight deadlines

Ensuring compliance across all documentation and processes

Being a central point of contact for HR queries and supporting the wider People team
What we're looking for:

Previous experience in HR administration or a strong administrative background with an interest in HR

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities

Strong communication skills and a proactive, can‑do attitude

Confident using HR systems and Microsoft Office packages

Someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment
