We are currently seeking reliable, hardworking Warehouse & Packing Operative to help ensure our clients high-quality kitchen products are carefully picked, prepared and packaged for delivery. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with great attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
Warehouse & Packing Operative Benefits:
Shift: Day Shift - Monday to Thursday 08:00am - 16:30pm & Friday's 08:00am - 15:30pm
Rate of Pay: £13.50 per hour
Hours: 39 hours per week paid weekly
Start date: Monday 13th April 2026 - please do not apply if you have a holiday booked in the next 12 weeks as this is the crucial training period
Contract: Temporary to Permanent

Carefully packing kitchen units, doors, and accessories for safe delivery
Quality checking products to ensure they meet organisational standards
Labelling and wrapping goods accurately
Working efficiently to meet daily targets and deadlines
Keeping your work area clean, organised, and safe
Following all health and safety guidelines
Working on your own and as part of a team
Minimum daily requirements (production targets)Warehouse & Packing Operative Criteria:
Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing and packing experience is essential
Good physical fitness as this is a manual role
Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
A team player with a positive attitude
