Job Title: Telehandler Operator
Overview:
Operate a telescopic handler (telehandler) to move, lift, and place materials safely on a construction site.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate the telehandler to lift and transport materials (e.g. bricks, pallets, equipment)

Load and unload deliveries

Place materials at required heights and locations

Carry out daily safety and maintenance checks on the machine

Follow site safety rules and instructions from supervisors

Work with banksmen/signallers when moving loads
-
Keep the machine clean and in good working condition
Requirements:

Valid telehandler licence (e.g. CPCS or NPORS)

Previous experience on construction sites

Good understanding of health and safety
-
Ability to follow instructions and communicate clearly
Working Conditions:

Outdoor work in all weather conditions

May involve early starts and long hours

Requires attention to safety at all times
