Customer Service Advisor
Northampton (NN5)
Variety of shifts: 5 days out of 7 per week
8am – 5pm / 9am – 6pm / 10am – 7pm / 11am – 8pm (weekend availability required)
£12.71 per hour
Temporary ongoing, with the potential to become permanent after 12 successful weeks

Duties:
Handling inbound customer calls relating to delivery queries
Navigating internal systems to track orders and update customer information
Liaising with drivers and internal teams to schedule deliveries and confirm arrivals
Booking deliveries with customers
Responding to customer emails in a timely and professional manner
Updating and maintaining the database with customer details and query progress
Developing an understanding of the delivery process to support query resolution
The Candidate:
Strong customer service skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Basic MS Office skills (Word and Email)
Comfortable working in a phone-based role
