We are seeking a friendly and reliable Receptionist in Didcot. You will be primarily responsible for the delivery of the Customer Service experience, as well as assist the Facilities team to ensure a consistent and smooth link with the rest of the site.
Receptionist Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for guests, delivering a seamless, high‑quality customer experience.
Maintain an immaculate reception area and uphold high visual standards across all front‑of‑house spaces.
Conduct regular meeting room checks and building walk throughs, reporting issues to Facilities.
Report service issues and support continuous improvement of processes.
Maintain excellent personal presentation and support a strong "One Team" culture.
Answer and direct phone calls
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Maintain a tidy reception area
Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
Receptionist Requirements:
Previous facilities reception experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
