The Role:
Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with behavioural and emotional needs
Assist in implementing individual behaviour plans and strategies
Support pupils in managing emotions, social interactions, and engagement in learning
Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff to promote consistency and positive outcomes
Help create a safe, structured, and nurturing learning environmentWe are looking for someone who:
Has experience working with children or young people with SEMH, Autism, or challenging behaviour
Is calm, patient, and resilient under pressure
Can build positive relationships and motivate pupils effectively
Has strong communication and teamwork skills
