A leading provider of workplace health and wellbeing services is looking to appoint a professional and personable Receptionist to join their on-site team in Halewood.
This is a fantastic opportunity to become the face of a growing wellbeing operation, supporting on-site clinics and playing a key role in delivering an exceptional front-of-house experience.
The Role
As the first point of contact on site, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth, professional, and welcoming experience for all visitors, clients, and internal teams. You will manage a busy reception environment while supporting wider administrative and operational functions.
Key Responsibilities

Managing the reception desk and welcoming visitors to on-site clinics and meetings

Handling incoming calls, emails, and appointment bookings

Coordinating diaries and scheduling appointments via internal systems

Processing incoming mail and distributing to relevant teams

Supporting facilities coordination, including maintenance and wellbeing events

Arranging couriers and managing deliveries and collections
-
Providing administrative support including document preparation, presentations, scanning, and printing

Assisting with on-site health and wellbeing initiatives
-
Providing cover across additional sites when required
What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in a reception or administrative role

Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload

Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills

Professional, approachable, and customer-focused

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Self-motivated with a flexible, team-oriented approach
