The Opportunity
A well-established and highly regarded property consultancy is looking to bring in an Assistant Client Accountant to support a growing portfolio.
This is a great opportunity for someone with finance or property accounting experience to step into a role where you’ll get exposure to a varied client base, structured support, and clear progression.
You’ll be joining a collaborative team with a strong reputation in the market and a consistent pipeline of work.
The Role
Working closely with senior members of the team, you’ll support the delivery of accurate and timely financial reporting across a portfolio of commercial properties.
Key responsibilities include:

Assisting with service charge accounts preparation

Supporting the production of monthly and quarterly reports

Managing supplier payments and invoice processing

Bank reconciliations and maintaining financial records

Assisting with budgets and forecasting

Liaising with surveyors, clients and external stakeholders
What They’re Looking For

Previous experience in a finance / accounts role (property experience is a plus, not essential)

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Good working knowledge of Excel

Confident communicator, comfortable working with different teams

A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
