What you'll be doing
You’ll be the commercial engine behind our Beverage Flavours portfolio, responsible for both winning new business and growing strategic accounts.
Expect to
- Prospect, pitch, and close new opportunities using custom product and integrated solution selling.
- Build a pipeline of high‑quality growth projects and defend existing business with confidence.
- Develop strategic, multi‑level relationships across R&D, Marketing, Procurement and more — “fostering counterpart relationships within Kerry”.
- Leverage your deep understanding of beverage trends, consumer insights, and the competitive landscape.
- Partner closely with your dedicated Kerry R&D counterpart to deliver value‑added solutions.
- Lead pricing discussions and negotiations, collaborating with commercial finance.
- Manage sales contracts, forecasts, and KPIs with precision.
- Collaborate across regions to bring the best of Kerry to your customers.
What you can bring to the role
You’re commercially sharp, customer‑obsessed, and energised by growth. You’ll succeed here if you have
- Significant experience in the flavour or food ingredients industry, with strong exposure to the Beverages segment.
- Proven success in identifying, nurturing and winning new clients as well as developing and growing relationships with existing customers.
- Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen — “a drive for continuous improvement”.
- A working knowledge of food science and beverage formulation (stability, flavour masking, sugar reduction).
- Excellent communication skills and the agility to adapt when challenges arise.
- A passion for food, taste, and teamwork — “to create great food that consumers love”.
- Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites.
