- Lead the end‑to‑end ERP architecture with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO, ensuring global scalability, performance, and stability.
- Define and manage the integration architecture across all connected systems (CRM, HR, MES, DWH, eCommerce) in collaboration with Enterprise Architecture and System Integration teams.
- Ensure data consistency, process integrity, and compliance with security, privacy, and quality standards across all ERP processes.
- Provide technical leadership to implementation partners and internal development teams, including AI‑driven development processes and automated testing.
- Translate business requirements into scalable solution designs, technical specifications, and best‑practice customization strategies.
- Support global rollouts, new module implementations, and continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining architecture documentation and governance standards.
- Evaluate and adopt innovative Microsoft technologies (Power Platform, Azure, AI, Copilot) and contribute to shaping the ERP & CRM roadmap
- Several years of experience as a System, ERP, or Solution Architect in Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO/AX, with deep knowledge of core modules (Finance, SCM, Production, Warehouse).
- Strong expertise in Azure integration technologies (Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus) and experience leading global ERP programs and cross‑functional technical teams.
- High analytical capability with a structured, architecture‑driven mindset and the ability to simplify complexity effectively.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills, paired with a persuasive and confident professional presence.
- Creative, solution‑oriented thinker with strong documentation discipline and affinity for architecture patterns and system design.
- Relevant Microsoft Dynamics and/or Azure certifications are an advantage.
