Operations Administrator / Bookkeeper

£26,000 – £32,000 depending on experience
Monday–Friday | 08:00–16:00 (37.5 hours)

This of Operations Administrator / Bookkeeper would suit a hands-on, all-rounder who will support operations, keep finances on track, and help ensure everything runs smoothly day to day.
The Role
We’re looking for a proactive and organised individual to join the team and combine administrative duties with bookkeeping responsibilities:

Raise purchase and internal orders.

Keep production records organised and up to date.

Create sales invoices and processing supplier invoices.

Support day-to-day bookkeeping tasks.

Book deliveries and updating the system.

Coordinate shipped items and courier bookings.

Prepare a variety of paperwork, working closely with numerous departments.

Handle queries, post, and welcome visitors.
