Due to continued growth, a well-established and reputable Independent Financial Advisory firm is keen to recruit a Mortgage Administrator to join their dynamic team.
This organisation prides itself on delivering first-class customer service, supporting clients in understanding a wide range of mortgage solutions across both residential and commercial lending.
Working closely with an experienced Mortgage Broker, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

Providing administrative support to a busy Mortgage Broker

Processing mortgage applications from start to finish

Ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with FCA requirements

Liaising with advisers to understand clients’ needs and objectives

Conducting research to identify suitable mortgage solutions

Booking and managing client appointments

Preparing and submitting files for compliance review
Key skills and experience required:

Minimum of 1 year’s experience within a mortgage practice, financial advisory firm, or conveyancing environment

Background in financial services with a willingness to learn (full training provided)

Knowledge of mortgage and protection products is advantageous

CeMAP qualified or currently working towards the qualification
