What You’ll Be Doing
Client Relationship Management

Build strong, lasting relationships as the main point of contact for commercial clients

Understand each client’s risk profile and provide informed, tailored insurance advice

Deliver a high‑quality, proactive service focused on retention and satisfaction
Policy & Account Management

Manage enquiries, MTAs, renewals and policy adjustments

Ensure accuracy and compliance across all documentation, endorsements and certificates

Liaise with underwriters to negotiate terms and secure competitive coverage
Risk & Compliance

Assess client risks and identify areas where coverage can be enhanced

Stay up‑to‑date with commercial insurance market trends, regulation and emerging risks

Ensure policies comply with industry regulations, contractual requirements and internal standards
Documentation & Reporting

Maintain well‑organised electronic client files with a strong audit trail

Produce clear reports on client portfolios, renewals and recommendations

Conduct peer quality checks to reduce errors and support continuous improvement
Business Growth & Development
What We’re Looking For

Solid experience in a Commercial Account Handler or similar brokerage role

Strong understanding of commercial insurance products, underwriting principles and FCA regulations

Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly

Sharp attention to detail, accuracy and organisational discipline

Proficient in Acturis and confident using the Microsoft Office Suite
