About the Role:
Our client is seeking an organised and driven individual to join the team at within an office-based role focused on administration and developing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

Liaise with all departments within the business

Answering inbound and making outbound calls

Working with brokers for continued business development

Administrating the contract process on internal systems

Working independently and as part of a team
Requirements:
-
Proven experience working within administration
-
Experience working within a busy environment with tight deadlines

Strong communication skills
-
Ability to work independently and manage your own work schedule

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (essential)

Confident telephone manner
Benefits:
The hours of work are Monday – Friday (normally 8.30am – 5pm) and there is free car parking.
