Due to continued growth, ESS has immediate openings for a Recruitment Administrator / Recruitment Resourcer. We’re seeking a candidate who can start in an administrative role with the potential to progress into a resourcing position. Alternatively, we are open to candidates with prior recruitment experience who are ready to step into a resourcing role.

The Role of Recruitment Administrator (Polish & English Speaking)
In addition to general administrative duties, the Recruitment Administrator will be responsible for:
Dealing with a high volume of calls, front line to receive calls and screen them to be connected to the appropriate recruiter / colleague.
Use a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, etc to produce correspondence and documents and maintain, records and spreadsheets
Assisting in the payroll process
Uploading candidate information to company database
Translate CV’s to company format (Profile CV’s)
Ensure candidate dossiers are complete and up to date
Book travel and accommodation
Scanning and printing various documents, sometimes on behalf of other colleagues
Supporting Recruiters in the recruitment process, making outbound calls to help screen candidates and assess availability
Taking notes of any queries raised by candidates, workers or colleagues, escalate to the Recruiter to be resolved.

The Role of Recruitment Resourcer (Polish & English Speaking)
In addition to the Recruitment Administrator responsibilities above, the Recruitment Resourcer will take on the following tasks:
Compose effective adverts with engaging content on job boards, social media channels, linked-in etc aimed at Increasing ESS pool of suitable candidates
Prescreen and select candidates according to criteria provided.
Update, administrate and compose spreadsheets with candidate availability.
Conduct interviews over telephone, video conferencing or in person to assess candidate suitability.
Communicate terms and conditions to applicants and ensure applicants have a full understanding of the benefits on offer.
Shortlist suitable candidates that have agreed to conditions and present them to the Recruitment Coordinator or Line Manager.
Collaborate with Recruitment Coordinator or Line Manager to select the correct method of employment or engagement according to ESS policies and territory specific requirements.
Draft and issue contracts of employment (employed) or terms of engagement (self-employed)
Facilitate workers travel from country of residence to place of work / temporary accommodation.
Develop an understanding of cost price and margin calculations, present proforma cost price calculations to the Recruitment Coordinator or Line Manager for feedback.
Build and maintain relationships with key candidates, business associates and colleagues to ensure quality of service.
Liaise with ESS colleagues in international offices to help facilitate good communication with temporary contractors.
Prioritise workload; make sure important tasks are followed up.
Escalate employee’s queries to Recruitment Coordinator or Line Manager to be resolved efficiently.
Liaise between temporary contractors and payroll department to address and solve pay queries.
Ensure candidates documentation is kept fully up to date and compliant in line with company procedures.
