We are currently seeking an experienced Band 3 Administrator / Call Handler for the Just One Number Service based at Cringleford Business Centre, Intwood Road, Norwich.
Details:
Duties include:

Managing incoming calls, voicemails, emails, and referrals

Booking and rearranging appointments

Updating service user records
-
Using SystmOne and other digital platforms
-
Scanning, reporting, spreadsheet maintenance, and general admin support

Minute taking and sending letters
Requirements:
-
Strong admin and call handling experience
-
Good communication skills
-
NHS or healthcare experience preferred

SystmOne knowledge desirable
-
Basic Microsoft Excel skills
